Project Manager – Information Technology

  2. Minimum Qualification
      • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
      • Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or as an IT Project Management Professional.
      • Two (2) years of experience in Agile Development Management.
  3. Skill, Experience, Capabilities
      • Work with internal & external IT teams to deploy the services & products as per governing policies. Monitor IT product launch, testing, customer signoff & boarding process.
      • Coordinate with training & development teams for product training & creation of user guides & process guidelines.
      • Business needs understanding solutions design and planning.
      • Working with clients to generate requirement while evaluating existing systems and processes to determine effectiveness and propose alternative approaches.
      • Providing the solutions design in collaboration with engineers and develop framework for the proposed solutions by analyzing emerging technologies and legacy systems to ensure compatibility to existing environments.
      • Provide analysis reports on the business impact of new process or products and overall revenue impact. Work on IT project planning, cost estimations, timelines and rollout schedules.
      • Coordinate with the contracts and legal teams for contract and pricing negotiations. Requirement gathering and bridge the gap between requirements and development teams by providing customer view of product requirement.
      • Ensure compliance to all security policies for the developed product and work with customer compliance team to get certifications.
      • Work with internal and external IT teams to deploy the services and products as per governing policies.
      • Monitor IT product launch, testing, customer signoff and boarding process.
      • Coordinate with training and development teams for product training and creation of user guides and process guidelines.
      • Ensure product deployed has met the project requirements and business needs and the business impact was justified.
      • Customer co-ordination. Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
      • Coordination with development teams to create different custom tools to measure productivity and improve on performance.
      • Risk Assessment and Risk Mitigation across the commercial division of the organization.
      • Work as the customer point of contact for ongoing product support and serve as liaison between customer and project delivery teams to ensure 100% compliance to contract and delivery timelines.
  4. Travel Requirements 
      • Travel/Relocate to various unanticipated locations to interact with clients and train users for short- and long-term assignments. Some work from home available
